The food here is fantastic, top notch! Quality of the fix is one of the best I had, the service is great, the guys were very helpful with my sauce selection. Facilities are very clean. I’m coming back 100% and I’d recommend it to anybody who loves a good poke bowl. They have vegan options, gluten free options and signature works if you’d know what you doing.

The staff was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. The portions are extremely small and not worth the price at all. Overall, I didn’t enjoy the experience, their attitude felt like they were doing you a favor just by serving you. They seem very young and lack proper customer service skills and a positive attitude. First time trying it, and I was honestly really disappointed.

I am writing to formally report a deeply disappointing experience I had at your location, specifically involving a staff member named B——-. Upon arrival, I stood near the counter while I located my Pokeworks account before joining the line. Bella approached and asked if I was picking up a delivery — a question I found odd and, given the context, felt may have been prompted by my race. She then directed me to the line, which I acknowledged, explaining I simply wasn’t ready yet. Once I located my account and was ready to order, several concerning incidents occurred: A piece of lettuce fell from Bella’s gloved hand onto the counter. She picked it up and placed it back into my bowl. When I politely mentioned she didn’t need to do that, she became defensive, repeatedly justifying herself before finally remaking the bowl. I requested one scoop of spicy tuna, lobster and one scoop of salmon (lightly torched She torched all of the fish. After three attempts to correct her, she finally torched only the intended portion. I clearly stated I did not want tofu or green onion. Both were added. Rather than remaking the bowl, Bella reached into it with the same gloves she had been using throughou

The reviews don’t lie. We drive past many poke places to come here for date night. The fish quality is great, the addons are unique and well done and add a lot of variety to the poke. Love the spicy chili crunch and garlic etc. Ordered 2 large poke bowls and spent around $40 and were completely satisfied so much so we have been back several times.
